Every student and staff member experiences a sense of belonging and authentic, supportive relationships.  In partnership with our community, we commit to fostering student wellbeing and learning success.

In order to achieve this mission, staff at the Unified School District of Antigo agree to the following collective commitments: 

1. We will continuously help all students reach high academic and behavioral expectations, regardless of background, label, or past experiences.
2. We will provide a safe and supportive environment for all students and staff, no matter what socioeconomic status, race, religion, gender, or sexual identity they may be.
3. We will take time to build relationships with students and staff members.
4. We will provide a challenging, rigorous, and developmentally appropriate curriculum, which addresses individual student needs, is focused on academic growth, and is based on best practice and current research.
5. We will provide equitable opportunities and resources for each and every student.
6. We will advocate for and support the needs of students and staff.
7. We will collaborate to improve student growth and achievement, using data as evidence of student learning and to inform teacher practice to meet the needs of each and every student.
