The Facilities Task Force has several planned meetings to assess our facility needs and learn more about the strategic evaluation process. All meetings are open to the public. Any individual from the Antigo Schools community interested in participating in the process is welcome to attend.

Board Resolves to Create Facilities Task Force in May 2023

Unified School District of Antigo Board of Education Charge to Facilities Task Force
On behalf of the Unified School District of Antigo Board of Education, we want to thank you for your participation as a member of the Facilities Task Force. The purpose of this document is to present a formal charge for the task force. 

The Facilities' Task Force shall consider the District's facilities and work as a committee to develop a written report that details a solution, or a set of solutions, for the Board of Education to consider within the context of the parameters detailed below. 

The report shall be presented to the Board of Education at its regularly scheduled meeting on October 19, 2023. The Board must note that establishing this task force does not bind it to accept the task force's suggested solution(s).

Facilities Task Force Report

The 2023 Task Force completed its report in October 2023, laying a solid foundation for future developments. The current 2024 Facilities Task Force is continuing the work from last year, building upon the established groundwork to address the most pressing needs and opportunities.

Contract with Blue Design Group

Antigo Schools has contracted with the Blue Design Group as architects for this facility project. The group will conduct a comprehensive facility study and analysis on the existing elementary buildings. 

The Blue Design Group brings a wealth of experience and expertise, ensuring a thorough and precise evaluation of our current needs. The study will provide us with a strategic roadmap for enhancing the safety, functionality, and overall quality of our elementary school buildings for the benefit of our students, staff, and community.
